Great Training tonight 8 till 10, done 8 rounds of boxing and skipping ran 3 miles before training. My good friend Mike prez the Cuban Heavyweight is fighting in Madison square Garden on the 2 of November, from his training camp in New York. What an amazing man. That is going to be some night, he has 19 pro fights and 12 by knockout. he is undefeated. The fella he is fighting has 18 fights 18 knockouts. but i know mike is going to win. he said he would give me another EASY spar before Christmas.

Trained at 630 this morning before breakfast doing weights , Feeling very strong at the moment. great feeling after training in the morning..

Hi , Will go for a Small run at 8 tonight just to loosing out after the previous training. Studying at the moment,, I recommend Boxing Training for people going to school or college as it distresses us.
Sunday morning,,, 2 boiled eggs . brown bread no butter, 3 hours later 1 banana, 2 apples,, 1 hour later Boiled Chicken mixed with beans and some veg and pint of water in about 3 hours time ill have pasta and rice mixed with some sauce and Omega 3. And tea and peanut butter and rice cake as a treat.
Tonight 1 hour before bed whey protein and fruit.
Was training last night am sore today got good spars we done 8 rounds of Boxing and skipping and pad work and most important Stretching before and after. ran 3 miles 1 hour before training, had a cold shower straight after training to help with recovery and had my Whey protein shake and banana.
But then this morning i had a breakfast rool, the training is hard but trying to stick to my diet is harder. I am not fighting until after my exams in December so i have a good bit of time for my diet.

This is the hard time of the day for me now, Its time to eat. My diet
